Mumbai Shocker: 14-Year-Old Girl Coerced and Exploited by 20-Year-Old, Leading to Pregnancy

Nagpada, Mumbai: A deeply troubling case has emerged from Mumbai's Nagpada area, where a 14-year-old girl was exploited and coerced by a 20-year-old man over a period of nearly three years. The accused, Yunus, initially approached the victim under the guise of friendship but soon began threatening her with reputational damage if she did not comply with his demands.

The relationship continued for almost three years, from January 2022 until September 2024, during which the minor became pregnant as a result of the accused's actions. Upon discovering the situation, the victim’s mother immediately contacted the Nagpada Police to take action, leading to the arrest of Yunus under the POCSO Act.

The victim and her family live in the Nagpada locality, and this case is under investigation, with authorities determined to ensure justice is served.
