New Delhi: As lakhs of students across the country prepare for the upcoming board examinations, Prime Minister Narendra Modi once again reached out to students, parents, and teachers through Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC) 2026, sharing practical advice on managing exam stress and embracing holistic learning.
During the interactive session, PM Modi emphasised the importance of collaborative learning, stating that learning together not only reduces pressure but also helps everyone improve. He encouraged students to make learning a fun and shared experience, rather than a lonely or stressful journey.
The Prime Minister advised students to prioritise their board examinations while maintaining a balanced routine. Addressing concerns around gaming and screen time, he urged students to adopt healthy gaming habits and avoid excess, highlighting the need for discipline and self-control.
PM Modi also spoke at length about mental well-being, asking students to rise above unnecessary expectations and societal pressure. He motivated them to step out of their comfort zones, view exams as a part of life rather than the ultimate goal, and face challenges with confidence and clarity.
Drawing insights from his book Exam Warriors, the Prime Minister shared relatable examples and personal experiences, reassuring students that stress can be managed with the right mindset, planning, and support system.
Held annually since 2018, Pariksha Pe Charcha has emerged as a unique platform aimed at transforming the way students perceive examinations — encouraging them to replace fear with positivity, curiosity, and self-belief.
Through PPC 2026, PM Modi reiterated that examinations are meant to test knowledge, not define one’s worth, and that joyful, collaborative learning is the key to long-term success.
