Five More Cases Filed Against Former Prime Minister Imran Khan in Pakistan

Islamabad : Five additional cases have been registered against former Prime Minister Imran Khan, who is currently imprisoned and the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), at various police stations across the country. These cases are related to the PTI protest held at D-Chowk in Islamabad on October 4.

Several PTI leaders and Imran's sisters, Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan, were taken into custody during the protest on Friday. Serious charges under 16 provisions related to terrorism have been filed against Imran's sisters at the Kohsar police station.
