Kolkata Rally Demands Justice for Rape and Murder Victim, Led by Mithun Chakraborty and Subhash Sarkar

Kolkata :In Kolkata, BJP supporters held a rally to demand justice for the female doctor who was the victim of rape and murder. The rally was led by actor Mithun Chakraborty and former Union Minister Subhash Sarkar.

The rally, organized on Wednesday, began at Swami Vivekananda's ancestral home on Shimla Street in central Kolkata and ended at Shyam Bazaar Five Point Crossing. During the rally, Chakraborty stated that this protest should not stop. He emphasized that Bengal is known for its revolutionary history and struggle against oppression. He added that Bengal has now awakened to the current regime's oppression and corruption, and a mass movement has begun.
