Modi's Maharashtra Mission: Rallies in Dhule, Nashik to Secure NDA Victory

New Delhi : Prime Minister Modi is all set to address public meetings in Dhule and Nashik in Maharashtra, as part of his campaign for the upcoming assembly elections. In a social media post, he expressed his excitement and urged the people to support the NDA candidates for an unprecedented victory. The BJP, facing tough competition from opposition parties like the Congress, Shiv Sena, and NCP, is looking to strengthen its position in the state. Meanwhile, discussions are being held at the BJP headquarters in Delhi to strategize for not only Maharashtra elections but also for Jharkhand and several by-polls.
The BJP is keen on fine-tuning its messaging and maintaining a strong alliance with its partners. On the other hand, the Maha Vikas Aghadi coalition, comprising of Congress, Shiv Sena, and NCP, is determined to reclaim power in Maharashtra and challenge the ruling Mahayuti alliance. In 2019, the BJP won 105 seats while Shiv Sena secured 56 and Congress 44.
It remains to be seen how the political landscape of Maharashtra will shape up after this high-stakes election.
