New Delhi : Tragedy struck Keshavpuram's Tri Nagar in Northwest Delhi when a 14-year-old girl was found hanging from a ceiling fan at her home on Tuesday.
According to the police, the victim was a Class VIII student and lived with her brother and sister-in-law in a rented house. While initial investigations suggest it was a case of suicide, no suicide note has been found yet. The police have sent the girl's body for post-mortem to Babu Jagjivan Ram Memorial Hospital in Jahangirpuri and have started inquest proceedings.
The incident has left the community in shock and further investigations are underway to uncover the details surrounding this tragic event.
