6-Year-Old Girl Dies After Falling into Water-Filled Pit in Badlapur

Thane, Nov 17 – A six-year-old girl, tragically died after falling into a water-filled pit in Badlapur on Saturday. The incident took place in the Gadgenagar area of Badlapur East.

The deceased, identified as Sandhya Dame, was reportedly playing near the pit when the accident occurred. The water-filled pit, which is believed to have been a construction site or an open drain, posed a significant hazard in the area.

A police official confirmed that an accidental death case has been registered. Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident.
