Mumbai – In a thrilling contest at the iconic Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai Indians registered a convincing 4-wicket victory over Sunrisers Hyderabad in the 33rd match of IPL 2025. Chasing a target of 163, Mumbai sealed the win in 18.1 overs, thanks to a balanced batting performance led by Will Jacks and Surya Kumar Yadav.

Mumbai Indians’ skipper Hardik Pandya won the toss and opted to bowl first. Sunrisers Hyderabad posted a total of 162/5 in their 20 overs. Abhishek Sharma was the top scorer with a brisk 40 off 28 balls, supported by Heinrich Klaasen's 37 off 28 deliveries.
