Age-Reversing CEO Bryan Johnson Struggles with Mumbai's Air Quality

Bryan Johnson, the US entrepreneur known for his mission to reverse aging, recently shared his experience of facing Mumbai's severe air pollution during his India tour. Despite using air purifiers and wearing an N95 mask, he felt burning in his throat and eyes. He called the situation “pretty serious” and agreed with Indian-origin venture capitalist Debarghya, who had earlier posted about the health effects of pollution in India.
Johnson is in India to promote his book “Don’t Die” and met Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal and comedian Tanmay Bhat at an exclusive event at Soho House in Mumbai. Over 1,100 people applied, but only 50 were selected. He also shared that he brought all his food items, including his "longevity mix" and supplements, for his six-day stay in India.
The founder of Braintree and Venmo follows an intensive routine to reverse aging, including waking up at 4:30 am, a plant-based diet, 100+ supplements, targeted exercise, and plasma transfusions from his son. He also tracks his overnight erections as part of his health monitoring.
