Body with Tied Legs Found at Mahim Creek: Police Suspect Foul Play

Mahim,Mumbai:  In a grim discovery at Mahim Creek on Tuesday night, the decomposed body of a man with his legs tied was found washed ashore. The Mahim police have registered a murder case against unidentified individuals and initiated an investigation into the suspected homicide.

The deceased, yet to be identified, was wearing full pants and a blue shirt, and bore a tattoo of the name “Prakash” on his shoulder. Senior Police Inspector Vinayak Vetal stated, “We received a call about a body at Mahim Creek. Upon inspection, we found his legs tied with a towel and multiple fractures on his limbs, indicating foul play. We believe he was murdered before being thrown into the creek.”

The body has been sent to Sion Hospital for post-mortem examination, while multiple police teams are working to establish the man’s identity and trace the culprits.
