New Delhi:The state of Gujarat is gearing up to celebrate the inaugural Vikas Saptah, a week-long event marking the anniversary of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's swearing-in ceremony as the 14th Chief Minister of the state.
This year's event holds special significance as it commemorates the 20th anniversary of PM Modi's oath-taking on October 7, 2001. In a press release, it was announced that the Vikas Saptah will be an annual celebration, taking place from October 7 to October 15 every year until 2024. The event will showcase and celebrate the remarkable development journey and success of good governance under the leadership of Narendra Modi in Gujarat. It will highlight the multifaceted progress and transformation that the state has undergone in the past two decades, making it a role model for development and growth in the country.
The Vikas Saptah aims to bring together citizens, leaders, and stakeholders to celebrate and inspire continued progress and development in Gujarat.
