Traffic Advisory for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Visit to Greater Noida

Greater Noida/Delhi: Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Greater Noida for the inauguration of Semicon India 2024, the Noida Traffic Police have issued a comprehensive advisory to manage anticipated traffic disruptions. The three-day event, dedicated to the semiconductor ecosystem, is expected to draw significant attention and cause changes to regular traffic patterns.

According to a release from the Prime Minister's Office (PMO), PM Modi is scheduled to arrive at Greater Noida's India Expo Mart around 10:30 a.m. To ensure smooth travel and minimize disruptions, several routes in and around Greater Noida will be diverted. Below are the key traffic advisories for the day:

Travel Directions and Diversions:

  1. From Chilla Red Light: Traffic will be diverted at the Sector 14A flyover, leading towards the Sector 15 roundabout.
  2. From DND Flyway: Vehicles will be redirected at Rajnigandha Chowk (Sector 16).
  3. From Kalindi Kunj Border: Traffic will be diverted at Sector 37.

Additional Key Diversions:

  1. Char Murti Roundabout: Traffic from Greater Noida to Noida via the expressway will be redirected.
  2. GIP Mall to Film City Flyover: A U-turn will be required under the flyover.
  3. Noida Sector 37 to Greater Noida: Vehicles will be rerouted onto the double service road at the Sector 44 roundabout.
  4. Agra to Noida Route: Traffic will be redirected after the Jewar Toll towards the Sobata underpass.
  5. Surajpur Route: To reach Greater Noida West, traffic will be directed from Pari Chowk.
  6. Sector 130: Diversion will be in place from Surajpur.
  7. P-3 Roundabout: Vehicles will be rerouted towards Swarn Nagri to reach Greater Noida West.
  8. Hindon Cut: Traffic will be redirected at Sector 151 onto the double service road.
  9. DSC Route: Traffic will be rerouted via Ashok Nagar towards Rajnigandhi Chowk to DND Flyway.
  10. Sector 15 Roundabout: Traffic will be directed towards Ashoka Nagar.

Motorists are advised to plan their routes accordingly and follow the instructions of traffic personnel to avoid delays. The traffic advisory aims to facilitate a smooth and secure visit for the Prime Minister and attendees of the Semicon India 2024 event.
