Horror Unfolds in Andhra Village: Woman Receives Parcel with Body and ₹1.3 Crore Ransom Demand

Yendagandi, Undi Mandal, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh: In a spine-chilling incident, a woman from Yendagandi village, Andhra Pradesh, received a parcel at her doorstep containing the decomposed body of a 45-year-old man and a ransom note demanding ₹1.3 crore. The gruesome delivery has left the community in shock and triggered an intense police investigation.

The woman, Naga Tulsi, who had been in contact with the Kshatriya Seva Samithi seeking assistance for home construction, believed the parcel contained promised electrical appliances. However, upon opening it, she found the body along with a note threatening dire consequences if the ransom was not paid.

Police investigations revealed the deceased had died 4-5 days earlier. Superintendent of Police Adnan Nayeem Asmi has launched a detailed inquiry, including scrutiny of the organization Tulsi contacted and the parcel’s delivery source. Efforts are underway to identify the victim and trace the culprits behind this macabre act.

Authorities are probing extortion, murder, and conspiracy under various IPC sections, including 302 (Murder), 387 (Extortion), and 201 (Evidence Destruction). Arrests are expected as the investigation unfolds.
