Mumbai Tragedy: 37-Year-Old Police Constable Dies by Suicide, Probe Underway

Mumbai, India:  In a shocking incident, 37-year-old police constable Subhash Kangane was found dead at his residence after allegedly hanging himself on Monday around 4 PM. Kangane, who was posted at Kurar Police Station, had been transferred from Malwani Police Station just three months ago.

Authorities have yet to determine the reason behind the suicide. An accidental death case has been registered at Dindoshi Police Station, and an investigation is ongoing. Senior police officials, including DCP Smita Patil and Senior Inspector Ajay Aphale, visited the scene.

Police are conducting an in-depth probe, including questioning family members and colleagues, to uncover the motive behind the tragic incident.
