PM Modi criticized attempts by some opposition members to disrupt parliamentary proceedings for political gains, lamenting the missed opportunities for new and young MPs to contribute. "This session is special as it coincides with the 75th year of our Constitution, an achievement rooted in thorough and detailed deliberations by its makers," the Prime Minister said.

As the Winter Session begins, the government is set to push key legislation, including the Waqf (Amendment) Bill, while the Opposition is likely to address pressing issues such as the situation in Manipur and allegations surrounding industrialist Gautam Adani.
