Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone’s ₹100 Crore Sea-Facing Home Ready in Bandra

Mumbai, April 17: Bollywood’s power couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are all set to move into their new luxurious sea-facing home in Mumbai’s Bandra Bandstand, along with their soon-to-arrive daughter. The couple has reportedly completed work on their lavish quadruplex apartment spread across the 16th to 19th floors of a high-rise tower near the iconic coastline.

The stunning property spans a massive 11,266 square feet and also includes a 1,300 square foot private terrace, offering panoramic views of the Arabian Sea. The premium residence is estimated to be worth around ₹100 crore.

Interestingly, their new address places them in close proximity to other Bollywood superstars. Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic bungalow "Mannat" and Salman Khan’s "Galaxy Apartments" are just a stone’s throw away. However, due to ongoing renovations at Mannat, Shah Rukh Khan and his family have temporarily moved to three rented flats in Pali Hill.

Currently, Ranveer and Deepika reside in Mumbai’s upscale Prabhadevi area. The couple also owns a ₹22 crore bungalow in Alibaug, a popular weekend destination near Mumbai.

With the completion of this new dream home, the couple is expected to shift soon, marking yet another milestone in their personal and professional journey.
