Services Lead Medal Tally at 38th National Games, Karnataka and Maharashtra Battle for Second Place

Dehradun, 8 February : On the 11th day of the 38th National Games, Services has maintained its dominance in the medal tally. The Services team has won a total of 66 medals, including 39 gold, keeping them in the top position.

Karnataka has also performed remarkably, winning 30 gold medals and a total of 58 medals, securing the second position. Maharashtra, although leading in total medals with 107, is in third place due to having only 23 gold medals.

Madhya Pradesh has also put up an excellent performance, securing the fourth position with 45 medals, including 19 gold. Haryana, with 16 gold medals and a total of 67 medals, is in the fifth position.

Performance of Other States:

Tamil Nadu has secured the sixth position with 49 medals.

Manipur has made its way to the seventh position with 36 medals.

Delhi has won 35 medals, Uttar Pradesh has 26 medals, and Kerala has 25 medals.

Host state Uttarakhand has earned 49 medals, including 8 gold, and is currently in 11th place.

As the National Games approach their final stages, further changes in the medal tally are expected. Athletes are putting in their best efforts to win medals for their states, making the competition even more exciting.
