Shocking Crime in Sitapur: Father Kills 5-Year-Old Over Neighbor Dispute

Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh: In a horrifying case, a 40-year-old man, Mohit Mishra, has been arrested for allegedly murdering his five-year-old daughter, Tani, and chopping her body into four pieces. His shocking motive she visited a neighbor’s house despite his warnings.

On February 25, Mohit himself filed a missing person complaint for his daughter. However, as police searched for the child, they discovered body parts scattered in a mustard field. Suspicion grew when Mohit disappeared during questioning. Upon his return, he confessed to choking his daughter to death and disposing of her body.

According to the police, Mohit had a falling out with his neighbor, Ramu, after an altercation. Despite repeated warnings, Tani continued visiting Ramu’s house to play. Enraged, Mohit took her to a deserted location, strangled her using her own clothes, and dismembered her body.

The police, after questioning over 100 people, uncovered the chilling truth. Additional Superintendent of Police Pravin Ranjan Singh praised the team for their swift investigation. Mohit has been taken into custody and faces murder charges.
