Speeding Tempo Kills Pedestrian in Sakinaka; Driver Detained

Mumbai, India: A tragic accident in Sakinaka on February 28 claimed the life of an unidentified pedestrian, aged around 30, after he was hit by a speeding tempo near Raigarh Express Logistics on 90 Feet Road.

The driver, Hafiz Sayyid, rushed the victim to Rajawadi Hospital, where he was declared dead. According to eyewitness Usman Chaudhary, the accident occurred at 5:15 PM when the tempo, coming from Kajupada, struck the pedestrian, causing severe head injuries.

Police confirmed that no identification documents or phone were found on the victim. Sayyid, who also sustained minor injuries, has been detained, and his vehicle seized. Authorities are working to identify the deceased.
