Senapati Bapat Marg, Mahim West, Mumbai. Suraj Estate Developers has acquired a vacant land parcel of 1,464 sq. meters on Senapati Bapat Marg, Mahim West, for ₹101 crore. The company plans to develop the land into a commercial building with an estimated RERA carpet area of 1.03 lakh sq. feet.
This new plot is adjacent to another vacant land already owned by the company, and the two plots will be amalgamated for development. The combined area will span approximately 3,000 square meters, with a projected RERA carpet area of 2.10 lakh sq. feet and an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹1,000 crore.
Rahul Thomas, Executive Director of Suraj Estate Developers, highlighted that this acquisition aligns with the company's objectives following its recent ₹343 crore equity share and warrant issuance.
