Tragedy Strikes in Vikhroli: Young Couple Found Dead on Railway Tracks

Vikhroli: In a heartbreaking incident, a 20-year-old man and a 15-year-old girl were discovered dead on railway tracks in Vikhroli. The young couple, residents of Bhandup, reportedly died by suicide. The police have registered an accidental death report (ADR) and are currently investigating the matter.

The incident unfolded when the girl, who had been in a relationship with the young man despite her family's objections, went missing from her home on January 26. After her phone was switched off, her family filed a missing complaint. Unfortunately, days later, her body was found alongside her partner on the railway tracks. Both were declared dead at the hospital.

The bodies have been sent for post-mortem at Rajawadi Hospital, Ghatkopar, and further investigations are underway.
