Tragic Accident in Gorai: Young Man Dies After Motorcycle Collides with BEST Bus

Gorai, Borivali, Mumbai:  A 25-year-old man tragically lost his life in a fatal accident in Gorai, Borivali, on Tuesday. Vaibhav Vijay Kamble was riding his motorcycle when a BEST bus, driven by Sandesh Shrikant Sutar (32), attempted to overtake him. The bus collided with the two-wheeler, throwing Kamble to the ground and causing severe injuries to his head and limbs. Despite being rushed to Shatabdi Hospital, Kamble was declared dead on arrival.

The police have filed a case under Section 106(A) of the Indian Penal Code for negligence resulting in death. Investigations are ongoing, and the bus driver has been served with a notice. This tragic incident raises concerns about road safety and the dangers of negligence while overtaking on busy roads.
