Petition Filed Against Minister Ravneet Bittu for Remarks on Rahul Gandhi

New Delhi : A petition has been filed in the Delhi High Court seeking action against Union Minister Ravneet Bittu for defamatory remarks made about opposition leader Rahul Gandhi.
The petition, filed by Surjeet Singh Yadav, head of the Hindu Sena, states that Bittu made the remarks during a press briefing on September 15. The petition references Bittu's statement, in which he claimed, "Rahul Gandhi is not Indian. He has spent most of his time abroad. He doesn't love the country much. That's why he speaks incorrectly abroad. The most wanted, separatists, experts in making bombs, guns, and explosives are praising Rahul Gandhi. Those who intend to hijack airplanes, trains, and roads are supporters of Rahul Gandhi. If there were any award or reward for catching the country's number one terrorist, it would be against Rahul Gandhi because he is the country's biggest enemy."
In the petition, Surjeet Singh Yadav demands that the court order a case to be registered against Ravneet Bittu for his statements, which he describes as derogatory, false, and fabricated. The petition also expresses concerns that Bittu's inflammatory comments about Rahul Gandhi could incite widespread violence and unrest.
