Gold Prices Rise on Chhoti Diwali, Silver Shines Brighter Too

New Delhi: On the occasion of Chhoti Diwali, the price of gold in the domestic jewelry market has increased by ₹620 to ₹670 per 10 grams today. Along with gold, silver prices have also risen by ₹1,200 per kilogram. Due to the surge in gold prices, 24-carat gold is trading in the range of ₹80,610 to ₹80,460 per 10 grams across most jewelry markets in the country, surpassing the ₹80,000 mark once again. Similarly, 22-carat gold is being sold between ₹73,910 and ₹73,760 per 10 grams. The increase in silver prices has led to the price of this precious metal reaching ₹99,100 per kilogram in the Delhi jewelry market.
In the capital city of Delhi, 24-carat gold is currently trading at ₹80,610 per 10 grams, while the price of 22-carat gold is recorded at ₹73,910 per 10 grams. In the financial capital Mumbai, 24-carat gold is priced at ₹80,460 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at ₹73,760 per 10 grams. Similarly, in Ahmedabad, the retail price of 24-carat gold is ₹80,510 per 10 grams, and 22-carat gold is priced at ₹73,810 per 10 grams. In addition to these major cities, 24-carat gold in Chennai is selling at ₹80,460 per 10 grams, and 22-carat gold at ₹73,760 per 10 grams. Kolkata is seeing similar prices, with 24-carat gold at ₹80,460 and 22-carat gold at ₹73,760 per 10 grams.

In other states like Karnataka, Telangana, and Odisha, gold prices have risen as well. In the capitals of these three states—Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Bhubaneswar—24-carat gold is trading at ₹80,460 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold is priced at ₹73,760 per 10 grams.
