Mamta Kulkarni Returns to Mumbai After 25 Years, Cleared in Rs 2000 Crore Drug Haul Case

Mumbai : Actress Mamta Kulkarni, who had been away from the limelight for over two decades, returned to Mumbai after 25 years following a legal victory. The Bombay High Court recently cleared her name in connection with the 2016 Rs 2000 crore drug haul case, canceling the FIR against her.

Kulkarni, who had been living abroad, shared an emotional video on social media upon her arrival in Mumbai, expressing her gratitude for returning home. "After two decades, I stand on the soil where I grew up, loved, and built my dreams," she said, reflecting on the changes in the city but noting that its spirit remains unchanged.

The actress, known for her bold roles in films like Karan Arjun and Sabse Bada Khiladi, also shared her excitement about the ongoing buzz surrounding the re-release of Karan Arjun in cinemas. Fans are eager to see her back in the film industry after her long hiatus.
