Mega Infrastructure Boost: PM Modi to Inaugurate ₹50,000 crore Projects in Maharashtra

New Delhi:On Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be inaugurating various infrastructure projects worth over ₹50,000 crore in Maharashtra.
These projects include the first phase of BKC to Aarey JVLR section of Mumbai Metro Line-3, which is estimated to cost around ₹14,120 crore and will have 10 stations, with 9 being underground.

This section is expected to serve around 12 lakh passengers daily once fully operational. Additionally, PM Modi will inaugurate five solar parks in Washim with a total capacity of 19 MW, and also distribute the 18th instalment of PM-KISAN Samman Nidhi worth ₹20,000 crore to approximately 9.4 crore farmers.

During his visit to the state, he will also launch the 5th instalment of NaMo Shetkari Mahasanman Nidhi Yojana, disbursing around ₹2,000 crore and announce 7,500 projects under the Agriculture Infrastructure Fund worth over ₹1,920 crore. In Thane, he will lay the foundation stone of Thane Integral Ring Metro Rail Project and Elevated Eastern Freeway Extension, with a combined cost of around ₹15,510 crore.
