The disruption began at approximately 2:34 PM and peaked around 6:19 PM, with thousands of users worldwide reporting issues, including calendar functionality within Teams.

Indian users reported difficulties as early as 3:19 PM IST, according to The Times of India. Reports from The Verge highlighted that the outage has severely impacted users' ability to access vital documents and communication platforms, posing challenges for businesses and individuals relying on the cloud-based tools.

Microsoft 365 Status acknowledged the outage, stating, "We’re reviewing service monitoring telemetry to isolate the source of the problem and develop a remediation plan."
