Mumbai to Host India’s Tallest Luxury Towers by 2029!

Mumbai, India: The city’s skyline is set for a spectacular transformation with the launch of Avaan Tower 2 by Man Infraconstruction Limited (MICL) in Tardeo. Designed by acclaimed architect Hafeez Contractor, the 306-meter twin towers will feature 81 and 78 floors, offering ultra-luxury 3, 4, and 5 BHK residences ranging from 1,300 to 3,282 sq. ft.

With over 55 world-class amenities, including an ocean-view infinity pool, UFC gym, private theatre, bowling alley, and Hammam bath, Avaan Towers will redefine high-end living. Residents will enjoy breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea, Queen’s Necklace, and Mahalaxmi Racecourse.

Expected to generate over ₹3,000 crore in revenue, these skyscrapers cater to global high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). Deliveries begin in 2028, with full completion by 2029.
