l event, BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis was sworn in as the 21st Chief Minister of Maharashtra at Mumbai's Azad Maidan on Thursday. The swearing-in ceremony of the Mahayuti government was a glittering affair, attended by prominent figures from politics, business, and Bollywood, as well as thousands of enthusiastic supporters.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and BJP’s top brass were present to witness the oath-taking of Fadnavis, along with Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar, who were sworn in as Deputy Chief Ministers. Among the attendees were Bollywood icons Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Sachin Tendulkar, along with industrialists Mukesh Ambani, Kumar Mangalam Birla, and Deepak Parekh.

The event featured cultural performances, including an energetic show by renowned singers Kailash Kher and composer duo Ajay-Atul. Traditional songs from the Koli community added a local flavor to the event, while BJP’s campaign anthem celebrating Fadnavis energized the crowd.

Archana Kardak, a BJP worker, expressed her pride in the government’s initiatives focused on women empowerment. Similarly, homemakers like Poornima Bhandari called for continued focus on schemes such as Ladki Bahin Yojana. Devendra Fadnavis received praise from supporters like Ruturaj Karandikar, who traveled from Pune, expressing confidence in the returning government’s leadership.

With chants of “Maharashtra Aata Thambnar Nahi” (Maharashtra will not stop now) filling the air, Azad Maidan became a symbol of the alliance's development-oriented vision.
