Teacher Dies, 10 Injured in Bus Crash Near Jaipur

Jaipur, Rajasthan: A tragic bus accident near Jaipur claimed the life of 39-year-old teacher Anandi Lal Sharma while 10 others, including several students and the bus driver, were injured. The accident occurred at around 9:30 a.m. near Bhojlawa Cut on National Highway 52 in Chomu when the bus, carrying 30 students from Saransh Coaching Institute, collided with an under-construction culvert due to a brake failure.

The teacher, who was traveling with the group to the institute for NEET exam preparation, died on the spot. One student remains in critical condition, while eight others and the bus driver received primary medical care and were discharged. Authorities confirmed the accident involved Saransh Coaching Institute’s bus, traveling from Etawah to Chomu.

The accident has left the community in deep mourning. Saransh Coaching Institute has announced Rs 21 lakh in financial assistance for Sharma’s family. The deceased teacher is survived by two sons, one pursuing a paramedical course, and the other, studying medicine in Haryana.
