Congress Workers Accused of Molestation After BJP Worker Files Complaint

Mumbai, Maharashtra: A serious case has been registered against 8-10 Congress workers following allegations of molestation made by a woman worker from the BJP. The complainant accused the individuals of using abusive language, assault, and molestation. The charges fall under Sections 74, 79, and 115 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

This development comes shortly after the recent vandalism incident at the Mumbai Congress office, for which the Azad Maidan Police arrested 14 individuals, including the Mumbai President of BJP Yuva Morcha.

Law enforcement is investigating both cases, heightening political tensions between the parties in the region.
