Serious Corruption Allegations Against Palghar District Caste Verification Committee; Students Face Major Obstacles in Educational Admissions

Palghar,The Palghar District Caste Verification Committee is facing serious allegations of corruption. It is alleged that Deputy Commissioner Vishal Naik and Research Officer Samadhan Ingle, who are part of the committee, have been intentionally creating hurdles in the process of issuing caste verification certificates to students, causing them undue distress. This has led to significant challenges for students seeking admission to educational institutions.
According to the information received, numerous students and parents have reported that their applications are either not being accepted within the stipulated timeframe or are being deliberately delayed. These allegations of corruption have caused both financial and mental strain on students and their families. Particularly, if an application is rejected by the District Caste Verification Committee, students are forced to seek redress in the High Court, which further delays their educational progress.
Praful Narayan Thakur, the Vasai Taluka President of the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS), has called for an investigation into these serious allegations. He has communicated the issue to Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Palghar District Collector Govind Bodke via email and formal letters. Additionally, Thakur has demanded that the guilty officers be immediately removed from Palghar and that a new committee be established.
Praful Narayan Thakur has also urged affected students and parents to come forward and fight for their rights. He has encouraged them to contact the movement for justice on WhatsApp at 8767103929 to join the cause.
This issue has sparked widespread concern in the Palghar district, raising serious questions about the future of students. The next steps taken by the government will be closely watched.
