Wedding Thief Arrested at Borivli Reception

Borivli West, Mumbai: A 21-year-old man, Manav Sisodiya, was arrested by the Maharashtra Housing Board (MHB) police on Wednesday for attempting to steal from a wedding reception in Borivli West. Sisodiya, a resident of Kudia village in Rajasthan, attended the event at Narayan Garden, posing as a guest.

According to police sources, Sisodiya approached the stage under the guise of congratulating the newlyweds and attempted to leave with a bag. However, his actions were noticed by the photographer, who confronted him. Sisodiya tried to flee but was chased and caught by the people at the reception before police arrived to arrest him.

Sisodiya has been booked for theft and is currently in police custody.
