Woman Arrested for Wearing Fake ASP Uniform: Bhopal Police Action

Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh : A shocking incident unfolded in Bhopal's New Market when a woman was caught wearing a fake Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) uniform.

A female sub-inspector from the TT Nagar police station grew suspicious after noticing discrepancies in the woman's uniform and nameplate. Upon questioning, it was revealed that the woman, Shivani Chauhan, a resident of Indore, had resorted to this act due to family pressure and disappointment over failing her PSC exam.

Shivani had falsely claimed to her family that she was selected for police service. Unable to face further questions about not joining the job, she came to Bhopal, donned a fake ASP uniform, and pretended to visit the police headquarters. However, her facade was exposed by the police.

The woman has been arrested, and a case has been registered against her.
