PM Modi to Meet All-Party Delegation Behind Global Anti-Terror Outreach After Operation Sindoor
Seven groups visited over 30 countries to promote India's zero-tolerance policy against terrorism

New Delhi, June 10: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will meet members of the all-party delegation involved in the Operation Sindoor global outreach initiative at 7 pm on Tuesday at his official residence on Lok Kalyan Marg. The meeting comes after the successful conclusion of a significant international diplomatic campaign aimed at rallying global support for India’s policy of zero tolerance towards terrorism.
Sources confirmed that the office of Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju had formally informed delegation members about the scheduled meeting.
The outreach was launched in the wake of Operation Sindoor, India's strong military and diplomatic response to the April 22 terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, which claimed the lives of 26 tourists. In retaliation, Indian Armed Forces conducted precise strikes on terror infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK), eliminating over 100 terrorists affiliated with groups such as Jaish-e-Mohammed, Lashkar-e-Taiba, and Hizbul Mujahideen.
To complement these military efforts, the Indian government dispatched seven all-party delegations comprising MPs across the political spectrum—including members of the Opposition—and former diplomats and officials. Their mission: to garner international support, expose Pakistan’s role in sponsoring terrorism, and lobby for Pakistan’s return to the FATF grey list.
Each delegation was led by a sitting MP, and together, they covered over 30 countries across Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Americas.

Prominent Opposition leaders including Asaduddin Owaisi of AIMIM and Shashi Tharoor were part of the mission, signaling a rare show of political unity on matters of national security.
The delegations emphasized India's commitment to combating terrorism globally and reiterated the need for international accountability for state sponsors of terror. Many countries reportedly responded positively to India’s diplomatic messaging, with several backing India's demand for increased scrutiny of Pakistan’s activities at global forums such as the United Nations and FATF.
This high-level meeting with the Prime Minister is expected to review the feedback received by the delegations and chart the way forward in sustaining global momentum against terrorism.
